Keep the liquid filling machine pipe clean.All pipes, especially those direct or indirect pipe contact with materials, should be kept clean, cleaned every week, washed every day, sterilized every time;Ensure that the filling machine is clean, scrub and sterilize the material tank, and ensure that the parts in contact with the material are free of scale and bacteria.
The production process should ensure the biological stability of the bottled liquid sterilization.Control the sterilization time and temperature well to ensure the final effect, avoid the long-time sterilization or high temperature, reduce liquid oxidation, after sterilization should be cooled as soon as possible so that the temperature does not exceed 35℃.
It should be noted that low temperature filling is the minimum requirement for liquid filling, generally liquid in low temperature environment is not easy to product foam, which is conducive to filling.
Before the filling machine working, the temperature of the filling machine tank and the conveying pipe should be reduced with water of 0 ~ 1℃. When the filling temperature exceeds 4℃, the temperature should be reduced first before the filling operation.Use thermal insulation tank, constant temperature irrigation to make the material in the specified time to keep a certain constant temperature, so as not to cause the unstable work due to too large temperature changes.
In addition, the filling equipment should be isolated from other equipment, the lubricating part of the filling machine and the filling material part should prevent cross contamination, and the lubrication of the conveyor belt should use special soapy water or lubricating oil.
