Failure problem: If we are filling large specifications, the tank is not filled enough, resulting in unstable liquid level. The result is inaccurate filling.

Solution: It can be solved by increasing the feed amount or closing the ball valve again, reset the filling time (extend the filling time), and reduce the filling speed.

Trouble problem: If the time does not change after adjusting the number plate or unit.

Solution: Turn off the power and turn it on again.

Fault problem: If there is enough feed in the tank, the liquid level is stable and the filling volume is not accurate.

Solution: There may be debris blocking the filling channel. Check the trough entrance or filling port, and clean up debris.

Fault problem: whether there is a dripping problem after closing and stopping filling.

Solution: 1. The filling port may be damaged. Remove the filler port and trim the orifice. The diameter of the orifice is not more than 7.5mm. After repairing the hole, lightly sand the hole surface on water sandpaper. The ball valve of the filling head is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Fault problem: If the filling switch is not touched, the digital indicator LED of the time relay does not flash.

Solution: The fuel injection switch is damaged or the base of the time relay is loose. Replace the fuel injection switch of the same model or press the time relay base tightly.

Fault problem: After touching the fuel switch, there is no fuel, but the digital LED indicator of the time relay flashes.

Solution: 1. Check whether there is air pressure or whether the air pressure is too low. If it does not meet the air pressure requirements, it should be adjusted in time, and then opened for observation.

2. If the air pressure meets the requirements, the solenoid valve coil may be damaged or the pneumatic valve core may be stuck by stolen goods. You can unplug the power supply, turn on the motherboard, rotate or press the button next to it, and use the object to correspond to the solenoid valve coil. If the valve can change direction, the solenoid valve coil is damaged. If the direction cannot be changed, the spool is stuck. You can replace the solenoid valve coil or disassemble the valve for repair.


As long as we pay attention to the maintenance of the filling machine and observe the common small problems carefully, we can solve the emergency treatment by ourselves. During this period of time, they will not become an obstacle to our operational efficiency until the manufacturer's after-sales maintenance personnel come to further confirm.
