Automatic orange juice hot filling machine for PET bottle. The standard type of RCGF series hot filling machine is “3-in-1”, aiming at special production condition, one disinfectant rinser can be increased to be 4-in-1 monobloc. The system gives full consideration for beverage’s characteristics (e.g. it is easy to have foaming for tea beverage and mixed juice.) and main technical requirement of hot filling.
Application: juice, milk, vitamin drinks, functional beverage with particles, flesh, pulp, fruit pieces, etc.
Suitable for: PET bottles with all volumes and shapes
Filling system: gravity filling
Production capacity: 2,000BPH–20,000BPH (500ml)
Technical characteristics
1. Rinsing system: Combined with rotary tray with clamp, water distributing tray, water tank and rinsing
pump.
2. Filling system: Combined with hydraulic, filling valve, controlling ring, and elevator-cylinder.
3. Capping system: Combined with capper, cap sorter and cap falling track.
4. Driving system: Combined with main motor and gears.
5. Bottle transmitting system: Combined with air conveyor, steel starwheels and neck supporting carrier plates.
6. Electrical controlling system: this part is frequency inverted, PLC controlled and touch screen operated.
washing part
1). Using company original tilting bottle clip, bottle clamp stuck bottleneck, avoid the traditional bottle on rubber clip to
block the bottle thread parts may be caused by the pollution. Bottle clip is made of SUS304 stainless steel, health and durable.
2). Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of
the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.
filling part
1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.
2). The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless.
3). Filling method is hot filling,temperature can reach 85℃.
4). Filling valve manufactured by SUS304.
5). Equipped with perfect temperature control system and reverse flow system.
