CAN Depalletizer
Empty Can depalletizer is the customized, small foot print, semi automated depalletizer.It’s designed with space and cost saving principle.It is capable of depalletizing multiple sized packages of various material.(Aluminum Cans, Tin Cans, Glass bottle, etc). The Can Depalletizer is fully automated once the pallet is inserted and the straps and tier frame are removed.

Drink mixer
1-The process is as follows: syrup and purified water are mixed in a mixing tank through a proportioner in proportion, and are fed
into the carbonation tank by a pump. 2-A coil is installed in the carbonation tank. A refrigerant is passed through the tank to
cool the mixed materials. Incorporate enough carbon dioxide.
3-In order to ensure sufficient contact time between carbon dioxide and the treated water, the carbon dioxide is charged from the
time it enters the carbonation tank. The carbonated material enters the filling machine and then fills the container.

Water treatment system

4> Pivotal electrical parts adopt Mitsubishi, OMRON, and SIEMENS for juice filling production line.

CAN dryer
The machine is a necessary part of the filling machinery. Its function is caused by high-speedwind. The high-speed wind blows into air trunk and causes wind tunnel effect. enhance and maintain a high wind speed, air ducts can easily adjust devices according to bottle / tank diameter and height so that it is more efficient and can adjust more easily. Air ducts are made of (in accordance with food hygiene requirements on material) 304 stainless steel.
