2. Main Function
(1)Process: Pouch feeding-Filling-Nitrogen gas filling-Cap regulating and feeding-Cap detecting-Capping-Pouch discharging
(2)Consist: Machine body, Pouch feeding system, Filling system, Cap regulating and feeding system, Capping system, Pouch discharging system, Electric control system
(3)Machine Body: Use stainless steel 304 for machine stand, the other parts mainly use stainless steel 304, with waterproof slot, easy to clean.
(4)Pouch Feeding: The pouches will be fed to a pouch-sending rack by manual. The machine has pouch storage device, which can hold 10 racks of pouch. The machine will send the individual pouch to the machine and stop without pouch automatically.
(5)Pouch Detecting: If there is no pouch, no filling.
(6)Filling System: The filling system is driven by cylinder with volumetric measure, it will fill nitrogen gas to ensure no leakage. The liquid level of hopper is controlled automatic and with low liquid level protection. The filling system has no hygiene dead angle and can be connected to CIP.
(7)Cap Regulating and Feeding: The caps will be added to the cap-regulation device by manual. (4000 pieces can be added each time.) The cap will be arranged orderly by the cap regulating device and be fed into the pouch spout.
(8)Cap detecting: When there is no cap on the spout, the machine will stop automatic and alarm.
(9)Cap Screwing: The fed caps will be screwing automatically. The screwing device controls the screwing strength by magnetic force. The torque of the capping device can be adjusted stepless.(10)Pouch Discharging: The finished pouches will be discharged automatically.
(11)Electric control system: 10’ high performance programmable logic controller, real-time feedback display all kinds of control information, status detection information, alarm information
