Carbonated drink filling machine working process

The filling production line of carbonated drinks is mainly composed of: material system, bottle blowing system, blending and mixing system, filling system and packing system. 

1. Bottle blowing system: if the output is small, the initial production can be temporarily not configured bottle blowing machine, if necessary ，use semi-automatic one drag two bottle blowing machine;Bottling method is manual bottling.If the output is large, it can be equipped with automatic bottle blowing machine, and the bottle is arranged by automatic bottle untying machine.

2. Deployment and beverage mixing system: make all kinds of raw materials into beverage liquid and mix with carbon dioxide, our factory can also provide formula;

3. Warm bottle spray equipment: gradually heat up the bottled drinks after filling, to prevent deforming of the bottle from the sudden rise in temperature, and to ensure the taste of carbonated drinks;

4. Filling and packaging system: Carbonated drinks are produced by normal temperature and atmospheric pressure beverage filling machine, and the latter packaging is made of interlabel or labeling and membrane wrapping.
